Former Playboy beauty Holly Madison is getting ready to debut her new reality show Holly’s World.
The 29-year-old star was a regular feature in the E! show Girls Next Door when she lived with Hugh Hefner at the Playboy mansion.
Since leaving last year, she has appeared in Las Vegas act Peepshow.
Her new show Holly’s World will follow her as she takes on the role in Sin City and will also offer a peek into her lovelife.
She said: “It’s awesome. So much better than I dared dream possible. It looks great. It’s funny and a real guilty pleasure with eye candy.
“But we also have the message of female empowerment, and that makes me very happy. The show airs right after the final episode of this season’s The Girls Next Door as a special, and then we’ll resume shooting early in the New Year for the weekly series to begin in the spring.
“It will be really good for Vegas and help bring more tourists here. Vegas really looks good on the show.”
Former Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss survived a high-speed car crash – and her reality TV show reportedly filmed the aftermath.
According to TMZ, sources close to Fleiss say she had a fight with another cast member during a taping of Celebrity Rehab in Los Angeles.
After leaving the production distraught, she got a ride to her home in Pahrump, Nevada, but the Toyota swerved, hit a dirt patch and rolled over several times.
According to Nye County sheriff’s office, Fleiss was in the passenger seat, wearing a seatbelt. Fleiss and the driver suffered only minor bruising.
TMZ claims the driver said that a camera crew arrived at the crash scene the following morning to shoot for Celebrity Rehab. The website claims that VH1, which produces Celebrity Rehab, asked people working on the show not to talk about the accident publicly in order to protect the story until it airs.
VH1 has refused to comment on the incident.
Jon Gosselin has painted a picture of network TLC as a vulture preying on his family.
Gosselin demanded TLC stop filming his eight children and leave his property days after it revamped his reality show into Kate Plus Eight, dropping “Jon” from the title.
He vowed to put the brakes on his divorce from Kate Gosselin and cited the network’s alleged failure to secure special permits to film children that may void its contract. TLC has suspended filming of the children.
In revamping the show, TLC announced it would reduce Jon’s role due to the divorce and evolving family.
Jon’s attorney Mark Jay Heller said: “Jon is resolved not to allow the TLC corporate machine to devour his family and promote the monster’s best interests over those of his family.”
Heller said he was confident Gosselin will take back control of his family by “putting the brakes on his divorce and pulling the plug on TLC – the media giant that he perceives as a monster that has exploited and manipulated his family and has been partially responsible for the breakdown of his marriage”.
Heller cited an approximate $186 million quarter-year profit that TLC and Discovery reaped from the Gosselins.
TLC responded: “Despite Jon Gosselin’s repeated self-destructive and unprofessional actions, he remains under an exclusive contract with TLC. Direct filming of the children has been currently suspended, pending further conversations between both parents.”
The singer turned actress has apparently been negotiating with Ryan Seacrest regarding staring in a new reality show. The show hasn’t got a name yet, but it’s going to be about Lindsay Lohan running around and giving disadvantaged people one million dollars to change their lives. Ryan Seacrest wrote the following on twitter about the new project: “Met with Lindsay last night about a show idea I have for her. It helps people and gives others a second shot! Still putting it all together.” Lindsay Lohan also has something to say about it on twitter: “Working on a really great project for television — I am excited! Something meaningful like Extreme Home Makeover on ABC.
” Right… who better to offer hope to the hopeless than Lindsay Lohan, right? Especially with the recent end of her would-be marriage, this would be the perfect thing to get her going again.
