In a recent interview for Esquire magazine, Liam Gallagher was asked who he thought was the most overrated man in history and his answer was very blunt and direct: “Has to be Noel Gallagher.” You can’t help but notice the coldness in the reply… it looks like Liam Gallagher still has a few fibs with his brother. Noel Gallagher sure seems to be playing it cool, even though none of their new musical projects have shown up with anything yet. Still, Liam Gallagher seems to have a very short grasp on history if his brother is the only figure he can think of as being the most overrated… either that or a wee obsession of sorts.
Kate Hudson, 30, dazzles in a trailer for the upcoming star-studded Nine with a singing and dance routine.
Nine brings out Hudson’s so far hidden talents as a performer. She has mostly starred in comedies and romantic fare but is best known for her role in Almost Famous, the story of a Rolling Stone reporter.
Nine casts a slew of stars in an adaptation of a Tony-winning Broadway musical. Daniel Day-Lewis plays Guido, who is surrounded by beautiful women in lingerie and spangly gowns. They include Sophia Loren, Nicole Kidman and Penelope Cruz.
Hudson plays a fashion reporter and in the trailer sings of Cinema Italiano.
Hudson’s mother, Goldie Hawn, is a veteran actress, comedienne and performer whose background was musical theatre. Her ex-husband is a rock musician, Chris Robinson.
Nine opens on both coasts on December 18.
Dannii Minogue has pulled off a top-secret trip to return to Australia and the arms of boyfriend Kris Smith.
The X-Factor judge took off for Britain after breaking up with the giant rugby league player turned model only to start planning her return, say insiders.
Minogue, snapped in Sydney last night, said: “It took a month of planning and I’m so jet-lagged I don’t even know where I am but I made it.”
Minogue was lately said to be masterminding a US launch with her super-famous sister, Kylie.
But the singer was front row for the Myer spring/summer fashion show and Smith’s shirtless debut.
She is also a judge on Australia’s Got Talent and appeared in a stunning gown for the show that turned out to be a flirty parade attended by 500 guests at Sydney’s Carriageworks – a warehouse venue. Seventy models showcased 40 brands.
Green Day has just premiered the video for their new single, “21 Guns,” exclusively on MySpace Music. The video was helmed by noted director Marc Webb, who has lensed clips for such artists as My Chemical Romance, Weezer, and All-American Rejects, and is making his feature film directorial debut in July with (500) Days of Summer.
“21 Guns” is the second single from the band’s latest album 21st Century Breakdown, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, as well as on the Rock, Active Rock, and Alternative charts, fueled by the Alternative radio No. 1 single “Know Your Enemy.” 21st Century Breakdown, which Rolling Stone has called “a rock opera in which the rock always comes first,” also topped the charts in 24 countries including the UK, Canada, and Japan.
Over the past month, Green Day has continued to work with MySpace Music for the promotion of 21st Century Breakdown. During the week of the album’s release, they played an exclusive concert in New York City which was filmed for the site’s premiere online concert program, The List. Beyonce and hubby Jay-Z had a dinner date at the Waverly Inn last night in New York City.
She’s wearing Anlo “Jamie” jeans in Abyss wash and a sexy Balmain jacket and both look so good on her. I read that Beyonce earned $80 million last year mostly because of the success of her latest album, I Am… Sasha Fierce.
Jay-Z made a wee bit more than she did. He raked in around $82 million, according to reports by Parade. The couple have built quite the empire together what with their album sales, product endorsements, movies, concerts, magazine covers, fashion line etc…
Beyonce has currently been in talks with The X-Factor winner Alexandra Burke. The two girls are thinking of hooking up for a possible duet. They performed Beyonce’s song “Listen” together during the finale of the reality show and the fans loved it.
Here is Gilleen Morris and she says she is six weeks pregnant with Amy Winehouse’s ex, Blaaake’s baby.
The two lovers started getting it on last February after they met in rehab. They had unprotected sex for about three weeks until they were caught.
When Gilleen left rehab, she went to the doctor who confirmed that she was expecting. When Blaaaake heard the shocking news, at first he said:
“OH F**K” … but then told her he would help her raise their baby.
Gilleen thought about having an abortion but is having second thoughts since hearing Blaaaake would support her. She said:
“Life as single mum wouldn’t be good. I raised two kids before as a single mum and it was very tough. I’m older now, but every day is a challenge to stay off heroin. Once I’ve met Blake again face to face I’ll decide what to do. He’s too young to settle down, but if he could be a good parent that’s something different. It would be good for him. Having a child gives you a new outlook on life. You see things differently. Blake would want to protect the baby. It could help beat his drug problems.”
She is deluded and still needs help. The woman already has two children and is still a junkie, so her theory about children ‘beating drug problems’ didn’t seem to help her stay clean and sober.
If this pregnancy is true, (it’s a good possibility the baby may not even be his, she could have been shagging other residents at rehab), how will Amy takes this news?
Looking at this picture of new hubby/new daddy Pete Wentz just makes me sad. I feel so sorry for Ashlee who is at home with their baby son Bronx Mowgli missing him while he is having way too much inappropriate fun in Sin City.

Kevin and his little brother Joe spent some one on one brotherly time together at the very popular restaurant The Apple Pan in West Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (March 21).
The brothers Jonas recently unveiled plans for a worldwide arena tour. With quite a few Canadian dates on their new theatre-in-the-round type stage setting. Kevin had this to say recently on a conference call promoting the Canadian leg of their tour:
“We’ve never embarked on an in-the-round tour in our lives and so to be able to go on tour and do it, it’s going to be amazing. I mean, we can’t wait.”
They will release their new album, tentatively titled Lines, Vines and Trying Times, on Monday, June 15.

He recently toured a Mexican distillery where he was caught on video tasting tequilas.
A rep for Justin confirms,

He is one busy guy. He, sings, he dances, has his own clothing line, does regular guest appearances on SNL. Oh and his charity functions! The list goes on and on. Hopefully he goes all out with a dead worm in the bottom of every bottle, make it more authentic.

Jlo says she watched the film “37 times” when she was a child growing up in the Bronx. She adds:
“I never wanted to be that wimpy Maria, who sits around pining for her guy. I wanted to be Anita, who danced her way to the top.”
