So Wino’s Dad Mitch can no longer take the stress of his cracked out daughter. Apparently he collapsed and ended up in the hospital.
Mitch issues a statement telling everyone not to give Amy cigarettes as she has early stages of emphysema. Of course no on listens as Amy strolled out to see her lawyers today smoking!
Poor Mitch… I hope he gets better.
KFed and Britney’s never-ending custody battle is going to trial. Both of their attorneys spent the entire day trying to figure out a custody arrangement but were unable to come to an agreement.
Kevin’s attorney told E!, “The mediation didn’t result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August … The mood was comfortable, positive and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary.”
KFed is seeking sole and legal custody of their sons with Britney getting visitation rights. Kevin’s attorney also stated that, “If the existing arrangement was acceptable to both parties … we wouldn’t have to go to trial.”
I don’t understand this at all. Britney has to be constantly supervised herself so how can she get custody of her children? I have to admit that I do think she is doing better and good for her… but she isn’t doing it on her own.
The trial is set to begin August 25th.
Lindsay Lohan is back in LA and is looking ridiculously happy. I bet she misses the LA scene. Utah can’t be that hopping! She left her boytoy back there, but I am sure she will make due in LA. Is it just me or does she look a bit crazy in these pictures?!
She is due on set today for her new film ‘Dare To Love Me’ which will probably bomb at the box office, just like most of her other movies. She needs to go back to kids movies, that is where the money is at!
Apparently Lynn (mom) and Jamie (sis) are going to try and get Britney back on tract. They apparently landed in LA this weekend and are en route to Britney’s. There are reports that Britney has decided to reconcile with her mother and I think it is about time. If you don’t recall Britney axed her mother out, and even gave her some sort of legal papers to stay away from her and the kids.
So there are reports circulating that Amy Winehouse was rushed to hospital suffering from extreme exhaustion from touring! LMAO! Amy Winehouse cancels every other tour, and is caught drinking a local bars instead of being on stage. After the first report other reports eventually surfaced that she may have overdosed and had to have her stomach pumped along with an adrenalin shot.
This girl is crazy! I don’t know why everyone says Nicole Richie is thin, because Amy Winehouse is worse! This girl needs to really go to rehab.
I think it is ridiculous that Michael Moore is being subpoenaed by the Bush Administration for his recent visit to cuba with 911 rescue workers. In Michael’s latest movie sicko, he takes Americans to Guantanamo Bay to receive medical treatment because apparently prisoners there get free medical! This idea doesn’t really work out and instead he takes them into Cuba’s hospitals and gets them treatment there. I am not quite sure exactly what they will do to Moore, but you think they would just leave him be.

Luciano Pavarotti the famous opera star is “fighting like a lion” in his battle with pancreatic cancer and is responding well to radiotherapy, his wife told an Italian newspaper.
“I can now say he is doing well,” Nicoletta Mantovani said in an interview that was published Wednesday in the Italian daily” La Stampa.”
The 71 year old tenor underwent surgery last year after doctors discovered a malignant pancreatic mass.
