KFed and Britney’s never-ending custody battle is going to trial. Both of their attorneys spent the entire day trying to figure out a custody arrangement but were unable to come to an agreement.
Kevin’s attorney told E!, “The mediation didn’t result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August … The mood was comfortable, positive and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary.”
KFed is seeking sole and legal custody of their sons with Britney getting visitation rights. Kevin’s attorney also stated that, “If the existing arrangement was acceptable to both parties … we wouldn’t have to go to trial.”
I don’t understand this at all. Britney has to be constantly supervised herself so how can she get custody of her children? I have to admit that I do think she is doing better and good for her… but she isn’t doing it on her own.
The trial is set to begin August 25th.

I find it amazing that she would have enough natural padding to have a bootay like the one she’s showing off here.

“It’s my understanding that her condition is somewhat tenuous. Her medical condition remains the same.” Further testing by doctors will determine whether or not Britney is mentally stable enough to have the conservatorship end. A court update is scheduled to take place on June 17, with a follow-up hearing taking place July 31. At that time, Goetz should be making a final decision about the conservatorship currently in place over Britney.
Apparently Brintey`s medical condition is still not under control therefore the Judge is waiting to make a decision on what is to be done with Brits conservatorship. I guess the Judge figures that she needs a little bit more recovery time, and I don`t really blame him for feeling that way, considering she was completely out of control just a few short months ago.
Megan Fox one of the hottest girls in Hollywood is not allowed into a Walmart. Not like she would want to be ’seen there’ anyway! You may ask why well, back in the day Megan was caught stealing makeup of all things! She is so hot she doesn’t even need any!
Fox was caught stealing make-up from a Florida branch of the Wal-Mart during her rebellious teenage years. And the incident has now seen her banned from the store. A friend of the star tells the tabloid, “Megan (Fox) was quite a rebel growing up. She thought she could get away with anything, and definitely had sticky fingers. “She would pocket things like candy and gum from convenience stores, but Megan’s shoplifting days were quickly put to an end when she got busted for heisting a $7 tube of lipgloss from Wal-Mart. “At first, Megan denied it. Even after they told her they caught her on surveillance video, Megan still tried talking her way out of it. But when they threatened to call the police, Megan broke down in tears and confessed.”
Shaniqua Tompkins, decided that she had the “right” to stay in one of 50 cents houses without consent! 50 took her to court in order to get her evicted. How cruel is that? He has millions upon millions and he can’t even give his baby mama and son a place to stay!
Reports revealed the judge who ruled in the case thought 50 was in the right. He also ordered Tompkins to pay Fiddy’s 9,000 dollar court fees! Is there something I am missing here? He does pay her close to 7k a month in child support, so I suppose she can afford the expensive legal bill.
Apparently Sam Lutifi is going to be going to court to try and get the restraining order removed. Who is their right mind is stupid enough to do that (besides Lutifi). If someone or their family goes through the trouble to put a restraining order out, you think you would just get the message and stay away. Why make a huge deal out of it, it just makes you look guiltier.
“I am going to call Britney to the stand so she can tell the world how I was helping her. I am innocent. I am Britney’s friend and would never hurt her.”
Britney and her father went out for dinner after her visit with her boys. I guess the two are getting along great, since Sam Lutifi is out of the picture. We haven’t seen too much of Adnan either, I bet Britney has finally come to some sense (although it isn’t fashion sense) about Adnan. Britney’s purple number probably wasn’t the best choice of outfit, but then again it doesn’t really matter because she caused a paparazzi frenzy as she strolled around town. The whole sunglasses thing at night isn’t really doing it for me either.
Of all the people out there, I wouldn’t suspect Ne-Yo to be busted for driving recklessly. He seems so sweet… but I guess its all just an act. He was driving through Georgia when he was pulled over, upon inspection they cops found out he didn’t have a valid drivers license either! What is up with all these celebrities and their licenses. Is it just me or does his right eye look a pit glossy and pinkish? I wonder what he had been up to before he was busted! Oh and I know why he wears a hat all the time.. he is totally balding and balding at 25 isn’t hot.
Britney ‘s dad Jamie was in court today and was granted an extension of the co-conservatorship he’s had since with her attorney she was hospitalized . A ruling came down this afternoon that daddy dearest will remain her co-conservator until March 10. He was also granted more privileges, which will now include control of her taxes and trust.
Also set down today, her brother Bryan Spears and attorney Ivan Taback were named as temporary Successor Co-Trustees. They were put in charge of managing her trust in the event that her current trustees, cannot.
According to the court documents, the co-trustees are to act only by unanimous consent which means they can’t sell or lease Britney’s home without a prior court order; and they cannot remove any of her property from California.
TMZ has said that Britney Spears’ divorce lawyers, Trope and Trope, no longer want to be Britney’s lawyers. They sent the papers out requesting to be removed as her counsel. Her case is probably so high maintenance they are not able to deal with any of their other clients. Even though Britney is a high profile celebrity, it is probably the biggest headache having to counsel her. It is probably for the best anyway, because Jamie Spears is taking over, and wants his own attorneys.
I am posting a hot picture of Britney, because I think we all forget that just a few years ago, she was so happy and very sexy! It is sad how someone’s life can go completely out of control.
