Adnan Ghalib, Britney’s former boyfriend is vehemently denying the existence of a sex tape, and has hired an attorney, or barrister as they say in England to go after the tabloids that are printing quotes supposedly said by him that he has one and it’s up for sale.
Since they both deny a tape exists, she wouldn’t be wasting her time trying to buy it and her lawyers wouldn’t be trying to stop it from making it public… other rumours that are being printed by some of the tabloids.
We all know that Adnan did sell pictures of Brit before and after they hooked up. Some would say that Brit is an exhibitionist (check out the recent pictures of her falling out of her dress at a school the other day despite her being supposedly “better”). We know about her drug use (see the judge’s opinion).
So… Adnan possibly making a sex tape during their trip to Mexico (where they got married despite the fact Brit was already then married to KFed at the time) seems far fetched to some people.
The drama!
On August 27, DMX pleaded guilty to attempted marijuana and cocaine possession charges brought to him and was sent to the Maricopa County Jail in Arizona, after he missed a court appearance.
He is now facing several other charges, including four drug ones, seven misdemeanor animal-cruelty ones arising from two raids on his Phoenix-area home as well as theft of services and identity theft charge for using a fake identity card at a health clinic.
He left a Miami, Florida, jail, and was extradited to Arizona where, along with a sentence to serve time, he was also fined $483.
Maricopa County Sheriff’s officials released a statement saying he is now being held on a $25,000 cash bond.
DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, is now 37 years old. His stage name stands for Dark Man X, which is the name he chose to use when he began his musical career. So far, his bestselling album is „…And Then There Was X,” which he released in 1999.
Back in the summer of 1999, he and his wife were arrested and charged for animal cruelty and possession of drugs and weapons. The following year he was arrested again for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, driving without a license and possession of marijuana. In 2001, he did some jail time for driving without a license and yet again, possession of marijuana.
Apparently, he needs rehab as well as some discipline since he keeps making the same mistakes over and over!
This is an older picture of Hilary Duff and her dad but I like her hair here…anyways… saw him do an interview with Inside Edition where he apologizes about his recent stay in jail as well as the ugly divorce battle that he’s been in with her mom these past couple of years.
He said this following his day stay in jail for contempt of court:
“I was unfaithful to our marriage, I feel very badly about that and the effect it had on the girls.” He went on to say:
“I have never been handcuffed before.”
He went on to blame the pressures of raising Hilary and her sister Haylie as being the reason for the break-down of the marriage to his ex-wife, Susan:
“Susan was very consumed with the girls’ careers.” He admitted to having extramarital affairs with the reason being:
“We simply grew apart.”
The sentence he was given by the judge was to pay $12,500 to his ex-wife for Hilary’s 21st birthday party and a present. Hilary’s mom Susan had asked for $25,000 for the charges. He will also have to pay $367,537.00 from the improper sale of stocks last month.
50 Cent is due in court next Monday in his ongoing battle to gain access visitation for Marquise, his 11 year old son. Apparently there are three separate cases on the docket which means some major legal fees
His attorney Brett Kimmel states that 50 Cent wants every other weekend as well as a month during the summer, as well as access during school recesses. The application says Mr. Kimmel :
“maximizes the time the child can spend with his father while remaining sensitive to the child’s own schedule.”
It saddens me to read another custody situation where parents can’t/won’t put aside their own needs in favor of the best interests of their child. A boy needs his father to teach him how to be a man, and if the only reason for the limited visitation time Fifty is applying to see his son for is because of the boy’s schedule, I really think that the boy would rather spend time with his dad verses the time that he is allowed through court order.
Hilary Duff’s dad is going to jail for 10 days because he wouldn’t hand over some cash for her 21st birthday to her mom.
The Houston Chronicle is reporting that Mrs. Duff took her ex into court today in a motion to ask for $25,000 to share in the cost for Hilary’s 21st birthday since that is the same amount that they spent on Haylie’s 21st bday a couple of years ago.
The judge agreed and told Bob Duff he had to cough up $12,500 for the shindig AND he also sentenced Mr. Duff to serve 10 days in jail for contempt of court because he sold off assets totaling $367,537.00 without having the court’s approval.
As he was led off handcuffed, Mrs. Duff allegedly murmured:
“This isn’t what I wanted.”
Was she hoping he’d just write her a cheque for the entire amount and smile as he did it? Who informed the judge he sold off assets? Hmm?? Had to have been her as I don’t think Daddy Duff would have freely given that information!
A federal appeals court just tossed out the $550K fine against CBS for Janet’s infamous 2004 “wardrobe malfunction,” ruling that the FCC acted “arbitrarily and capriciously” in slapping CBS with the fine.
Looks like Janet is off the hook! She was covering her nipple anyway, I don’t see what the big deal was.
KFed and Britney’s never-ending custody battle is going to trial. Both of their attorneys spent the entire day trying to figure out a custody arrangement but were unable to come to an agreement.
Kevin’s attorney told E!, “The mediation didn’t result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August … The mood was comfortable, positive and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary.”
KFed is seeking sole and legal custody of their sons with Britney getting visitation rights. Kevin’s attorney also stated that, “If the existing arrangement was acceptable to both parties … we wouldn’t have to go to trial.”
I don’t understand this at all. Britney has to be constantly supervised herself so how can she get custody of her children? I have to admit that I do think she is doing better and good for her… but she isn’t doing it on her own.
The trial is set to begin August 25th.

I find it amazing that she would have enough natural padding to have a bootay like the one she’s showing off here.

“It’s my understanding that her condition is somewhat tenuous. Her medical condition remains the same.” Further testing by doctors will determine whether or not Britney is mentally stable enough to have the conservatorship end. A court update is scheduled to take place on June 17, with a follow-up hearing taking place July 31. At that time, Goetz should be making a final decision about the conservatorship currently in place over Britney.
Apparently Brintey`s medical condition is still not under control therefore the Judge is waiting to make a decision on what is to be done with Brits conservatorship. I guess the Judge figures that she needs a little bit more recovery time, and I don`t really blame him for feeling that way, considering she was completely out of control just a few short months ago.
Megan Fox one of the hottest girls in Hollywood is not allowed into a Walmart. Not like she would want to be ’seen there’ anyway! You may ask why well, back in the day Megan was caught stealing makeup of all things! She is so hot she doesn’t even need any!
Fox was caught stealing make-up from a Florida branch of the Wal-Mart during her rebellious teenage years. And the incident has now seen her banned from the store. A friend of the star tells the tabloid, “Megan (Fox) was quite a rebel growing up. She thought she could get away with anything, and definitely had sticky fingers. “She would pocket things like candy and gum from convenience stores, but Megan’s shoplifting days were quickly put to an end when she got busted for heisting a $7 tube of lipgloss from Wal-Mart. “At first, Megan denied it. Even after they told her they caught her on surveillance video, Megan still tried talking her way out of it. But when they threatened to call the police, Megan broke down in tears and confessed.”
