The Cheers star married Donatacci in 1997 after meeting on a blind date, but after more than a decade of marriage, she has filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences, according to TMZ.com.

Donatacci is seeking custody of their eight-year-old daughter, Mason, and a five-year-old son, Jude, as well as child and spousal support.

Grammer, who also starred in Cheers spin-off series Frasier, confirmed the news on his Twitter page yesterday.

He wrote: “Hello everyone thank you for ur support and Yes it’s TRUE Camille and I are Divorcing I ask U 2 respect our privacy in these difficult [sic].”

Mel Gibson’s ex-girlfriend filed a restraining order against the actor after he became “extremely violent” – before he got an order out against her, it has emerged.

It was reported today (FRI) that Gibson had filed for a temporary restraining order against Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of their seven-month-old daughter.

But it has now been claimed that she moved to stop him making contact with her FIRST – with Gibson’s legal team only filing the order in response.

According to celebrity website TMZ.com, her lawyers requested an emergency hearing at the family court in downtown Los Angeles last Monday.

They told the judge that Mad Max star Gibson, 54, allegedly “got physical with her”.

TMZ reports: “Two sources say Oksana claimed Mel was extremely violent.”

The judge is then said to have issued a restraining order prohibiting Gibson from having any contact with 40-year-old Grigorieva.

The following day, lawyers for Gibson returned to the court and had the order changed so he could see daughter Lucia, born last October.

Then Gibson got a restraining order – so he could stop Oksana releasing certain information.

A source close to Russian musician Grigorieva, who also has a 13-year-old son, Alexander, with former James Bond star Timothy Dalton, said the alleged violent incidents took place in January.

The pair split in April.

Sandra Bullock is officially single.

The actress’s divorce from love-rat husband Jesse James has been finalised, according to a US celebrity news blog.

Bullock, 45, and James, 41, reportedly signed their final divorce documents last week, making their split official.

The paperwork has been filed under seal, meaning it will not be released to the public.

Bullock, who won her first Oscar this year for her role in The Blind Side, filed for divorce from James in Travis County, Texas, on April 23 this year.

She left the burly biker after US tabloids exposed a string of affairs he had behind her back.

Shortly before their split, the couple had secretly adopted a baby boy from New Orleans, named Louis.

The divorce paves the way for Bullock to go ahead with her plans to adopt the child as a single parent.

The Oscar-winning actress has been splitting her time between her homes in Austin, New Orleans and Los Angeles with adopted son Louis.

Earlier this month James’ lawyer revealed he was leaving California and moving to Texas – closer to his now ex-wife.

Sandra Bullock, whose personal life has been somewhat eventful of late, will be back on the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards next month.

A representative of the Academy Award winner has substantiated speculation she is returning to the spotlight and will attend the ceremony.

Bullock was named this week as a recipient of the MTV Generation Award “for her riveting and diverse contributions to the film industry”.

Since revelations of her husband Jesse James’ alleged infidelities earlier this year, the actress has remained in seclusion with her newly-adopted baby son Louis.

An extraordinary prenuptial agreement, worth more than £200,000 ($300,000) per year, could be holding Charlie Sheen’s troubled marriage together, according to U.S. reports.

The Hollywood actor and his wife of two years, Brooke Mueller, have denied they are divorcing, despite living apart since Sheen’s domestic-assault arrest on Christmas Day.

The couple also survived two stints in rehab and rumours of Sheen meeting up with hookers.

A 60-page prenuptial document – leaked on the internet – offers a possible explanation for the apparently enduring relationship.

Among the payouts listed in the only-in-Hollywood document is a staggering marriage ’signing bonus’ worth $500,000 to be paid within 180 days of the couple’s wedding on May 30, 2008, in Beverly Hills.

And according to the papers, for the first 10 years of marriage, Mueller will receive a $300,000 ‘anniversary payment’, as well as a stake in Sheen’s Beverly Hills mansion.

The papers state the payment is “payable within 30 days of the anniversary of the marriage”.

Mueller’s share of the house also increases based on how long the marriage lasts and if they divorce, Sheen can elect to buy her out or he can opt to sell the home and divide the proceeds.

The document – made for Hollywood’s most notorious lothario, who has two failed marriages – shields the actor’s $1.3m-per-episode Two and a Half Men salary from his wife.

This time, Linda Bollea is alleging in a Florida court that Hogan has failed to release a Harley-Davidson motorbike to her along with the sum of $225,000 due to her as part of the undisclosed settlement.

Other entitlements in Bollea’s settlements include “exclusive possession and ownership of her Mercedes-Benz, Cadillac Escalade, Corvette and Rolls-Royce”.

Her lawyer Ray Rafool said: “We are proceeding against the Hulk with enforcement and contempt proceedings to make him comply with the marital settlement, whether he likes the agreement or not, and regardless of his stalls, emotional issues and games.”

Bollea’s motion against Hogan was filed in the Pinellas County Superior Court. She is also seeking cost of transport and lawyers’ fees connected to her litigation. She seeks for Hogan to be “incarcerated” should he fail to comply.

Kate Major, the Star magazine reporter linked to father-of-eight Jon Gosselin, has announced her involvement with the reality-TV star and quit her job.

Major and Gosselin, who is divorcing his wife, Kate, had stolen away to the Hamptons and were staying at Michael Lohan’s place. Major is said to have become friends with Lohan after covering his starlet daughter Lindsay as a celebrity journalist.

Gosselin earlier was on a European sojourn with Hailey Glassman. A source said: “Jon hasn’t spoken to Hailey about Kate Major. She really doesn’t know much about what happened except that Jon isn’t with her any more.”

But a source said reports of Glassman’s wild past had caused rows between the pair. “Jon and Hailey had been fighting a lot lately, mostly because her party history has come out. After one video of Hailey smoking weed came out, Jon told her it could hurt him in his divorce.”

Glassman is said to be angry and hurt over Gosselin’s betrayal. “She feels like she gave so much of herself and put up with her whole crazy history coming out, only to be thrown to the curb. Hailey also feels like she made Jon chic. He dressed a lot more ‘dorky’ before her. She feels she helped him gain some style, and the attention he got from it went to his head.”

Lohan, meanwhile, had confirmed Gosselin and Major were holed up with him. He said: “Let me ask you a question: If she [Major] was using him why did she resign from the Star?’”

Lohan denied reports in a New York newspaper that Major had been in rehab for drug problems.

“No. People shouldn’t start writing that. She didn’t go to rehab for drugs or alcohol or anything like that. She went for crisis counselling. And that’s it.”

Jon Gosselin was seen out at dinner with a mystery blonde in New York at Accademia di Vino on New York’s upper east side.

But the mystery was soon solved. Gosselin’s companion was identified as Kate Major, a senior reporter for Star Magazine. The pair, then, may have been conducting an interview.

Gosselin, who has just returned from a European sojourn with Hailey Glassman, appears to be having no trouble picking up from the pieces of his broken marriage to Kate, co-star on Jon & Kate Plus 8. He has also been seen since his return in-situ at the couple’s family home, caring for the children while Kate is elsewhere.

The couple last month started divorce proceedings in a Pennsylvania county. Jon and Major appeared jovial and relaxed in matching white tops and jeans.
