KFed and Britney’s attorneys worked out the Christmas visitation schedule today in court with Britney getting custody of the boys for Christmas Day since Kevin had them for Thanksgiving. I find this interesting since she was studying the Jewish Kabalah just a little while ago.
No mention as to whether the court appointed monitor will be there when they open their Christmas presents.
The whole situation is so sad really. Sad for the boys not having both their parents together, sad that her family is not able to intervene and help her get her life back on track.
Christina Aguilera went out for a breezy night on the town. She was caught without wearing panties! Totally something Britney would do! Maybe she is expecting her water to break, and feels there is really no need to wear panties because they would just get in the way! Or maybe she was just getting lucky in the limo with her adorable husband!
Here are some pictures from the Wizard of Oz themed party that Paris co-hosted for the proud mama to be. I must say Nicole is looking healthy. Apparently, she and proud daddy Joel started a charity for mothers who need help and guests were asked to bring a donation, which was a very nice thing to do.
I haven’t seen many pictures of Nicole and Paris together recently, so it was great to see that they have kissed and made up!
Bono was given an honour by Alicia Keys for his charity work at an Aids fundraiser in New York.
The Black Ball event, was held to raise money for the Keep A Child Alive Foundation which provides treatment for Aids victims in Africa. Gwen Stefani, and Sheryl Crow were also there.
Alicia Keys, who co-founded the charity, described him as “an amazing man (who) works tirelessly at really having a cause and fighting for it”.
She went on to say, “He is an inspiration and single-handedly made it cool to have something to speak about”.
Bono who accepted the award modestly said: “Rock stars always want to do two things. They want to have fun and change the world. If they can do both at the same time, you’re okay”.
Johnny Grant, (Honorary Mayor of Hollywood) congratulated Ricky Martin on selling an astounding 55 million records across the globe. Ricky is the 2351st person to get one! Isn’t that just awesome! We know that stars love their awards.
We haven’t seen or heard from Ricky in what feels like years, maybe he will come out with another hot single. I don’t mind shaking my booty too his song Living Da Vida Loca! He sure is a sexy latino!
We haven’t seen too much of the lovebirds together lately but they were spotted out for dinner late on Friday night.
I am glad to see that Justin hasn’t strayed away from Jessica, because he is probably tempted daily by fans and other hot celebrities wanting a piece of his sexy back. Jessica really seems down to earth, and is really only caught doing healthy things, not partying till she drops like other Hollywood girls her age. I do wish she would die her hair back lighter, she looks so plain when its dark brown like that. !I am not saying even bleach blond or anything, but just not so dark. )
Backstreet Boy Howie Dorough and his longtime chica, Leigh Boniello, announced their engagement. They plan to tie the knot later this year.
“She wasn’t expecting it, and I was quite nervous – more nervous about proposing to her in front of 40 family and friends than about performing in front of 40,000 people onstage,” Dorough says of his New Year’s Eve proposal at Boniello’s family home in New Jersey.
The couple, who are both 33, met in 2000, when Boniello who is a film-exec- turned-real-estate-broker, worked as the Backstreet Boys’ Webmaster.
The lovebirds said they were “very careful” to keep their engagement private at first, but with the wedding looming close, felt it was finally time to share their happy news. “We’re very, very excited,” says Dorough.
He carefully planned the proposal to his “soulmate” and checked out “at least 40 or 50 diamonds” before he prepared his “Will you marry me?” speech while they were both on an annual benefit cruise. (The trip was to support the Dorough Lupus Foundation, founded in honor of his late sister.)
“And I asked her mother, father and grandmother for their permission,” he adds.
“He decided to pull a practical joke on me in front of my whole family,” Boniello says of the big day. “He acted like he forgot to give me one present for Christmas – it was in a large box.”
He played off the inside joke that Dorough was “dangling carrots” in front of Boniello whenever they talked about marriage during their 6-year relationship, so when she opened the box, she found three large carrots inside.
“She was laughing and trying to tell everyone the joke and by the time she turned around I was down on one knee with the real carrot,” says Dorough.
Dorough, who is from Orlando, designed the engagement ring – one round, brilliant-cut diamond surrounded by two smaller round diamonds, all set in platinum – with a family friend at Plantation Jewelers in Winter Garden, Fla.
“It meant a lot for my whole family to hear it,” she says. “The room was filled with love, more than I ever expected.”
The wedding guest lists is for around 250 guests while the Backstreet Boys, currently promoting their new single “Inconsolable,” prepare to release their sixth studio album on Oct. 30.
“We’ve invited all the Backstreet Boys, including Kevin [Richardson],” says Dorough, who has no hard feelings about Richardson’s departure from the group last summer. “Actually, Kevin was one of the first people I told about our engagement.”
The stork should be visiting them soon:
“Hopefully I will be the next one to add to the [Backstreet Boy] family,” says Dorough
“It was announced today that the wedding ceremony for Usher Raymond IV and Tameka Foster was canceled. No additional information will be given regarding the circumstances of the cancellation, but we hope the privacy of this matter will be respected.”
I guess after all the bad publicity surrounding his soon to be wife, things got a bit heated and the wedding was canceled! I wonder if it will be back on later this month or if it is a permanent thing.
Here is Paris doing some relaxing in Hawaii. She definitely needed some fun in the sun considering the ‘traumatic’ experience she has went through! I have to say she does have a nice bum… too bad the tag is sticking out of her pants! She didn’t seem to lose weight like many reports said. She seems to be the same size as before!
