The American Idol contestant, who finished on second place this season, leaving the trophy for Kris Allen to claim, has his own shot at fame right in front of him. It seems that Adam Lambert is on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine where he talks about drugs, sex and his American Idol experience… you know, the American favorite three. In regards to signing up for the contest, Adam Lambert said: “I knew that it was my only shot to be taken seriously in the recording industry, because it’s fast and broad.” Contests like American Idol seem to be the sure way into the fast lane, don’t they? It certainly looks like it worked for Adam Lambert.
