Twilight stars leave Australia amid scenes of chaos
Chaos broke out when Twilight stars Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner left Sydney, Australia, for South Korea.
The stars were surrounded by Australian police and security, who allegedly manhandled photographers trying to get pics of the pair.
Kristen and Taylor arrived at the airport at around 6am in a fleet of Escalades, accompanied by up to a dozen minders.
Travellers looked on in horror as photographers were pushed out of the way as the group headed to a private check-in area. At one point, Kristen began running.
Several photographers were injured as they made their way through the airport.
An onlooker said: “It was pretty horrible to witness.
“It looked like the police and security guards were extremely heavy-handed.”
Kristen and Taylor are now heading to Seoul, South Korea, to continuing promoting Twilight: Eclipse. They spent three days in Sydney where they went on a jetboat around the harbour and visited a wildlife park.
