Leonardo DiCaprio leaving fatherhood to fate
Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio has revealed that the idea of having children “doesn’t seem too far-fetched”.
The actor, who admitted that he is currently focusing on his career, said that although he wants to have kids one day, he is going to leave it to fate to decide if he ever becomes a father.
The Revolutionary Road star, 35, said: “I’m not that old, my biological clock isn’t ticking yet.
“I’d like to leave it to fate if and when I’m going to be a father.”
DiCaprio, who stars in the new Martin Scorsese film Shutter Island, also said he doubted whether he could fit in having children with his work plans.
The Titanic star added: “A part of me has too many professional plans to even seriously consider it [having kids].
“When I see the children in my family though, the idea of having children doesn’t seem too far-fetched.”
