Amy Winehouse’s former mother-in-law hopes to regain status
It seems Blake Fielder-Civil’s mother, Georgette Civil, is very hopeful that her son and Amy Winehouse will indeed get married once more. This is what she said on the matter: “Neither of them really wanted a divorce. I hope that this time around, drug free and with their families to support them, they can work through any problems. I’m convinced her and Blake will marry next year. I don’t know when, where, or how it will happen. I’d like to be at the wedding this time round, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they went away and got hitched without anyone knowing about it. Whatever they do, I think it’s going to be a happy ending this time.” The happy ending for Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil is probably only going to occur on their wedding night. But hey, Mitch Winehouse is probably just dying to have his former son-in-law back in the family, along with his mother and all the other fun characters he must’ve had the pleasure of getting to know very well.
