Madonna visits Chkhota Village in Malawi amid growing criticism of her plans to adopt a second child from the impoverished African country.
She is adopting a 4 year old girl named Mercy James.
She also visited with the Chief Advisor of Pediatric Care for her Raising Malawi Charity about some land she had purchased there.
She has booked all 13 rooms of the luxury Kumbali Country Lodge for herself and her entourage which includes her daughter Lourdes.
She will be in court on Monday, along with Mercy’s uncle, in a bid to obtain permission to take the little girl back to the US. Both parents of the child are no longer alive.
Actor Isaiah Washington who has formerly starred on the show Grey Anatomy is on the verge of facing legal action plus eviction from his LA home over disputes arising from non-payments of rental bills.
Reports have it that the owner of the property has as on March 24th filed papers wherein he claims that Isaiah has not paid rent amounting to $100,000 over a period of 5 months. The property located in ‘Venice,’ LA is worth $3.5 million and Isaiah and his wife could soon lose their shelter.
The current economic meltdown is entirely responsible for the state our actors are currently faced with, so what if they earn millions it is clearly not enough to pay in the thousand even if it’s your home rentals. The government ought to do something here.
One idea I can suggest is that the government create a disaster management plan and bail out these guys while already protecting the financial institutions of this country. Baisically the whole country will soon be on tax payer’s money then whose gonna pay these taxes. Doomed everyone!
The actress’ children wanted so much for her to sound like a big action hero in her new movie “Monsters vs. Aliens” that she overdid herself. Reese Witherspoon said: “They wanted me to sound like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Bruce Willis. I was like, how do you do that?! The voice got deeper and stronger and they wanted me to be like an action hero. They had to coach me a lot. We got home from seeing the movie for the first time and Ava and Deacon were like, ‘Do the voice! My god do these parents ever think that what kind of embarrassment this sort of name would cause these kids when they enter school and most certainly other kids would rag them over such names which will create a hostile environment for young kids.
That’s a big improvement from the earlier “Ickitt”, don’t you guys appreciate that huh? I see a real-life “Little Rascals” crew with Bronx-Mowgli Simpson-Wentz being the leader, Hermes Rutherford the lieutenant, Homer Tupper and Kal-El Cage the enforcers and Ikhyd the “hitter”.

Kevin and his little brother Joe spent some one on one brotherly time together at the very popular restaurant The Apple Pan in West Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon (March 21).
The brothers Jonas recently unveiled plans for a worldwide arena tour. With quite a few Canadian dates on their new theatre-in-the-round type stage setting. Kevin had this to say recently on a conference call promoting the Canadian leg of their tour:
“We’ve never embarked on an in-the-round tour in our lives and so to be able to go on tour and do it, it’s going to be amazing. I mean, we can’t wait.”
They will release their new album, tentatively titled Lines, Vines and Trying Times, on Monday, June 15.

Ya right. Being “original” now a days has quickly come to mean… unoriginal. These chicas think they are so fab because they strive to be different, but their fashion choices most times end up making them look like fashion disasters.
Just so you know Katy, “‘Lolita meets old Hollywood Glam.” is very unoriginal. The whole Lolita-look has been done for years, as has the “hollywood glam” gig.
It’s ok though, props to you for trying!

In other JT related news, Justin is expanding his brand to the tequila business according to a report by Page Six.
He recently toured a Mexican distillery where he was caught on video tasting tequilas.
A rep for Justin confirms,
“This was one of his many meetings over the last two years in development of his tequila business.”
He is one busy guy. He, sings, he dances, has his own clothing line, does regular guest appearances on SNL. Oh and his charity functions! The list goes on and on. Hopefully he goes all out with a dead worm in the bottom of every bottle, make it more authentic.

Jlo says she watched the film “37 times” when she was a child growing up in the Bronx. She adds:
“I never wanted to be that wimpy Maria, who sits around pining for her guy. I wanted to be Anita, who danced her way to the top.”
