Michael Jackson is being hit with yet another lawsuit.
Manu Dibango, a Cameroonian singer is suing for $643,000 in damages over an unlicensed sample.
Jackson already admits the sample from Dibango’s 1972 Soul Makossa was used in “Wanna Be Startin’ Something” off theThriller album and the artists had come to an agreement regarding that way back [...]
