Madonna’s pending divorce may not be the only legal problem she is facing. The birth father of the Malawian boy she adopted says little David might be “better off back” in Africa.
Yohane Banda told Australia’s Herald Sun:

In the pending divorce settlement related buzz going on here is clarification by Liz Rosenberg who is Madonna’s publicist. She released a short and to the point statement to clear up the UK media’s claims that the couple have struck up a divorce deal:
“I will not be commenting on the various reports regarding the divorce or of the settlement which has not been finalized.”
Ms. Rosenberg has been known to tell little white lies and distort the truth on behalf of Madonna before, which is why so many believe the UK press. When one is caught fibbing, they lose any credibility they ever had.
Meanwhile… a source told the Chicago Sun-Times that Guy’s lawyers “are really playing hardball.”
