A federal appeals court just tossed out the $550K fine against CBS for Janet’s infamous 2004 “wardrobe malfunction,” ruling that the FCC acted “arbitrarily and capriciously” in slapping CBS with the fine.
Looks like Janet is off the hook! She was covering her nipple anyway, I don’t see what the big deal was.
Jessica attempted her first country concert at the Country Thunder in Wisc. last night. Let’s just say she was greeted with ‘boos’ and it didn’t get any better after that. Audience members were unhappy with her performance. People were quoted saying “It’s crap, she doesn’t belong here,” “She’s not good enough to be here,” and “She’s an embarrassment to country music.”

you better just go hide under a rock for a few months.
Here is John Mayer strutting his stuff. I have to say that even though John Mayer is ’smart’, he is quite the ‘douche’. There is just something about him that irks me. I hope he treats Jennifer nicely and doesn’t kick her to the curb in a few months after he is finished with her. She really needs to find a nice man (although I don’t think she has with John).
I guess we will have to wait and see.
So I had a pretty busy day today, but apparently Khloe Kardashian went in to serve her sentance, and ended up in the slammer for about 183 minutes! Longer than Nicole Richie at least. I guess they figured Khloe could handle a little longer as she isn’t as fragile looking as Nicole.
Oh and btw Chloe thinks she is 5′10 and 145 pounds! LOL
I am 5 ‘4, and I weight 130 pounds and I would be classified as being on the ’skinnier side’.
Khloe is quite a curvy girl, and just being 5′10 warrants being over that weight. Those figures give a BMI of 20.8… still under ‘normal weight’ but just barely!
Anyway above is her mugshot I have to say pretty hot. She looks better in that shot than she normally does!
Heidi Montag was one of the many celebs that showed their support at the Race to Erase MS shopping benefit in Los Angeles on Wednesday night.
She had this to say to Hollyscoop about her latest project, as well as shared who she’d like to work with in the future:
“Well, my single is out right now and we are kind of playing a singles game, I have been working in the studio a lot and we are just figuring it out. I would [like to collaborate with] lil Wayne, for sure! Maybe Britney Spears down the road, Madonna, I don’t know there are a lot of people.”

Thought I’d check out a few celebrity blogs, and read this latest entry of his. He seems so well spoken in addition to being so athletic and talented on the soccer field! I can just hear his British accent in my head:

It seems like only a few weeks ago I arrived in Los Angeles with my family ready for the next chapter in our lives. A year later and we feel so settled here, everyone loves California and everyone has made us feel so welcome. I can’t imagine being anywhere else in the world right now.
Of course, I’m enjoying playing my soccer too. Last season was a bit stop start for me with the injuries which wasn’t helped by the fact that I arrived part way through the MLS season, but this year we’re playing well and I look forward to every match as well as visiting different cities and stadiums around this amazing country. You can see a real impact being made across the country, we play in front of big crowds and soccer is now more prominent in the media and more people seem to be aware of the league around the world.
My teammates have been great to me and we have a brilliant set of fans. I’m thankful to them and to the people of Los Angeles for making my family and I so welcome since we arrived here.
We played Chivas USA last Thursday in the second SuperClasico of the season at the Home Depot Center, which we both share. It was the sort of game that could have gone either way, but I think overall a draw was a fair result. I was happy with the way we came back from a goal down as it shows we’re playing with the right spirit and we’re confident that we can always fight back if things don’t always go the way we want.
Next up we’re off to New York to play the Red Bulls on Saturday afternoon. Last year was a particularly memorable, 67,000 people and nine goals, it summed up the potential for the game in the States. I’ve heard that 50,000 tickets have been sold to date for this game so it’s promising to see that people are coming back to see games. We lost to New York earlier in the season, so we’ll be going all out to get the right result.
I’m also looking forward to my first All Star game next week in Toronto. It’s great that we’re playing an English side in the form of West Ham, a team that I’ve played many times before in the past…I even remember getting a bit of stick from their fans on a few occasions! I’m sure they will want to come over and put in a good performance, whilst we will want to show the quality of the MLS. It should be a competitive game.

When I read that Pete Doherty was going to be recording a solo album I nearly choked. This guy needs to get his act together before he does anything. After all the crazy youtube videos he has made (ie him in the tub just rambling on or him and Amy looking at rat fetuses) I couldn’t even imagine what he is going to do with a solo album. What kind of music video will he make?
NME confirmed the songs set to feature on the album will be ‘Darksome Sea’, ‘Salome’, ‘Broken Love Song’ and ‘Withdrawn And Shaken’.
I can’t wait to read the lyrics to these songs as I am sure they won’t make any sense!
So Wino’s Dad Mitch can no longer take the stress of his cracked out daughter. Apparently he collapsed and ended up in the hospital.
Mitch issues a statement telling everyone not to give Amy cigarettes as she has early stages of emphysema. Of course no on listens as Amy strolled out to see her lawyers today smoking!
Poor Mitch… I hope he gets better.
Ok I don’t know what is up with Miley but she sure loves to pose for random ’sexy’ pictures. Although when she does she isn’t that sexy as she is just a little girl. At least they haven’t been nude shots like Vanessa’s.
Some guy hacked Miley’s iphone and found pictures that she sent to her boytoy from the Jonas brothers. When will Miley learn not to take scandalous pictures of herself!
On second thought, how did someone hack her iphone! Yikes… Who’s iphone goods would you pay to see?
Apparently the hacker says he has ‘worse’ shots of Miley and he is trying to find a buyer.
I am not sure if they are kissing but it sure looks like it! I am convinced that these two fame whores thought up this little lez scandal in order to advance their careers and get a bit of cash. After rehab Lindsay was pretty broke, so if they have a deal with a few photo agencies for some good shots I wouldn’t be surprised. Wasn’t Ronson selling Lindsay out before? Maybe that was always their plan.
