Hilary Duff was seen going into Club Villa on Melrose… At first glance I thought oh how sweet her and her boytoy are. Then I remembered that Hilary is only 20! That scandalous little partier! Hopefully she won’t become the next Lilo.. cause that would be disastrous. I guess Villa just lets it slide because well Hilary is cute and famous so why not let her in.
Maybe she has a fake id and they have no idea she is actually underage?
