According to Idolator.com, Avril Lavigne’s Girlfriend video is currently Youtube’s all-time no. 2 clip, “having been viewed some 88,739,107″ times.
Is she getting that many views or are some of her more rabid fans helping it along? It now appears that a devious plan has been in the works to move her into the top spot!

KFed and Britney’s never-ending custody battle is going to trial. Both of their attorneys spent the entire day trying to figure out a custody arrangement but were unable to come to an agreement.
Kevin’s attorney told E!, “The mediation didn’t result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August … The mood was comfortable, positive and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary.”
KFed is seeking sole and legal custody of their sons with Britney getting visitation rights. Kevin’s attorney also stated that, “If the existing arrangement was acceptable to both parties … we wouldn’t have to go to trial.”
I don’t understand this at all. Britney has to be constantly supervised herself so how can she get custody of her children? I have to admit that I do think she is doing better and good for her… but she isn’t doing it on her own.
The trial is set to begin August 25th.
Here is a picture of the two lovebirds out for a stroll with their pooch. I wonder what they are thinking about since both of them rarely smile when out in public. Maybe it’s the paparazzi following them around that gets annoying, but still I can’t help but wonder that if they stopped hounding them, they wouldn’t like that either!

I am hoping that the ONLY REASON he was caught doing the Croc Walk This Way in public is because his feet are still recovering from foot surgery. Before Crocs it was the Uggs. I wouldn’t dare be seen in either!
Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson were enjoying a little lunch out together. These two are literally attached at the hip these days, and did I mention they always look so happy together. Lindsay’s blonde hair kinda starting to grow on me… ( I can’t believe I just typed that!). I wonder what Lindsay and Sam talked about over their lunch… any ideas?
Mitch Winehouse spoke out about how sick his daughter is : “The doctors have said that if she had continued the way she was going she could have ended up an invalid - she wouldn’t have been able to breathe. With smoking the crack cocaine and the cigarettes her lungs are all gunked up. There are nodules around the chest and dark marks. She’s got 70 per cent lung capacity.”
He then went on to say: “I’m saying to those drug dealers, and they know who they are, if they are supplying crack to Amy, then they’ve got to take responsibility. I don’t want her hanging out with her mates like Pete Doherty either.”
I am glad that Amy`s father is actually telling us what is going on, this way no rumors like the TB one will circulate. It is better to just be straight up and honest, I really admire that. I hate when people beat around the bush, whereas Mitch just comes right out and says she has to stop smoking crack!

The Sun is reporting that Amy Winehouse has tuberculosis:
“Amy Winehouse is coughing up blood and has a raging chest infection, it emerged last night. Doctors are also worried by skeletal Amy’s weight loss and lack of appetite, other symptoms of tuberculosis.
Doctors are still struggling to control her heartbeat but the chest condition has been really worrying them.
She’d been been suffering horrible coughing fits and hurling up blood for a while but refused to be examined. Doctors now believe it is tuberculosis and are doing more tests to be certain.
The word tuberculosis might frighten her into getting herself well… She needs to realise she will die if she doesn’t clean up her act.”
I am not sure how they get this information, hospital stays are ’suppose’ to be confidential!
