JLo Has A 120lb Team

Jennifer Lopez wants to get her post baby bod back, and she hired a team to do it.

“She spent the last month of her pregnancy planning her regime with a team of nutritionists and personal trainers. She calls them her 120lb team in reference to her target weight. She is working out for three hours a day, seven days a week.”

A source told Britain’s Closer magazine: “Jennifer has always been a workaholic and she has applied the same attitude to her post-pregnancy regime. Because raising twins is so demanding, she gets up at 4am to fit it all in.

This is a bit ridiculous, if she ate healthy and worked out regularly along with breast fed her kids she would lose the weight pretty quickly. Breastfeeding helps you burn extra calories, especially if she has to feed two! Somehow I doubt JLo is breast feeding because it requires a lot of work and a lot of time close to her kids. Then again you never know, she could be doing that on top of all her exercise.

Jennifer is apparently eating 1400 calories a day of just protein and veggies along with drinking only water. Doesn’t sound like a lot of fun does it!
