TMZ has said that Britney Spears’ divorce lawyers, Trope and Trope, no longer want to be Britney’s lawyers. They sent the papers out requesting to be removed as her counsel. Her case is probably so high maintenance they are not able to deal with any of their other clients. Even though Britney is a high profile celebrity, it is probably the biggest headache having to counsel her. It is probably for the best anyway, because Jamie Spears is taking over, and wants his own attorneys.
I am posting a hot picture of Britney, because I think we all forget that just a few years ago, she was so happy and very sexy! It is sad how someone’s life can go completely out of control.
Eva Mendez reportedly checked into the same facility in Utah that Lindsay attended. Although she was only in for a few weeks, he rep feels that Eva accomplished what she needed to do. I personally think that it takes a bit longer than 2 weeks to fully recover, but hopefully Eva is under control.

Paula takes self- indulgent to a whole new level. The New York Post is saying that she has a personal eyelash specialist on call . His name is Jamal Buster and he is a freelance eyelash expert . She calls and he goes and applies her false eyelashes and adds rhinestones or feathers for special occasions. Can you imagine? You think she would spend some money on getting better rather than on eyelashes. She has been acting pretty crazy lately.

“There will be an Avril Lavigne audition happening on Tuesday, February 5th that we are very concerned about. The tour’s weekly rate is $1,250.00 inclusive of agency fee…after agency commission that would be $1,125.00 to you before taxes. Management has offered no additional perdiem and no plus agency fee, which is standard in our industry. We have expressed our concerns to Avril’s management but they have decided to move forward regardless.
Our recommendation is that our clients and all dancers in the city spread the word to friends, fellow dancers, dance schools, etc. emphasizing how inappropriate these rates are. Hopefully your actions can send a message to management that the rates are unacceptable for an artist of this calibre and that they cannot hire professional dancers for these fees.”
Avril Lavinge’s publicist told Perez Hilton that there rates are ‘within industry standards’ and that “Avril prides herself in treating everyone on the tour with the utmost respect & consideration and pays them well within the industry standard.”
A dance industry insider is denying Avril’s claims “There is an affiliation called Dancer’s Alliance which is an organization of dancer’s who promote the standardization of rates and working conditions for dancers. These standards are then promoted and fought for by the respective dance talent agencies. Although there are not Dancer’s Alliance minimums for tours, here is a breakdown of the MINIMUMS for dancer’s dancing with an artist for any given show. Tour weekly rates are negotiated based on several factors but this clearly outlines how low their rates are:Rehearsals:
$175 + agency fees / 4 hours
$250 + agency fees / 8 hours
Shows:
$500 + agency fees / show
Travel:
$150 + agency fees / travel day
Per Diem:
$35 / day domestic
Keep in mind these are minimum rates that pretty much all major artists support. Avril’s tour will average approximately 4 shows a week. At the current proposed rate that would be about $281/show after the 10% agency fees. The fact that her publicist is stating they are within industry standards is highly uninformed.”
It makes me sick that Avril won’t pay her dancers probably. Those poor people dance their buns off for only a few years, and then they usually have so many injuries they have to find a new job. They should be paid accordingly!
Amy Winehouse took a break from rehab, and instead of getting all dolled up for the paparazzi she looked like a crazy cleaning lady on crack. I hate her hanker-chief headband thing it really gives her the appearance of a housewife on drugs. I hope Amy gains some weight while in rehab, because her arms are scary.
Minutes ago, Britney Spears made two calls at the UCLA Psych Ward and went crazy on the phone after learning that her dad is now the conservator of her estate. In a heavy British accent, a ballistic Brit screamed (about her parents), “I’m so sick of all of this they can have the God Damn house and stick it up their f**king asses. Actually, no they can’t.” Brit, who sounded drugged up, was furious that her dad became a conservator of her estate. She was screaming at the top of her lungs, at times impossible to understand. At one point she screamed, “Nobody’s taking my house. Who is my family?” Britney said she did not want her parents near her home and at one point said she would go to court to fight them.”
I love that there are leaks inside the psyc ward. That really is completely unprofessional… of UCLA. Unless this ‘quote’ is fake. Somehow, I feel that this quote is really because Britney is crazy, and probably was freaking out. Being sent to a psyc ward is almost worse than being sent to rehab. Rehab seems all cozy and full of fun, but a psyc ward would suck.
I hope Britney gets better soon! Remember back when the only drama she had was flashing her privates to the world!
Eva Mendez apparently checked into the Cirque rehab facility. This is the same facility that Lindsay Lohan stayed at. Is everyone in Hollywood on drugs? I would never expect Eva to check herself in, but at least she is getting professional help. At least she didn’t have to deal with the paparazzi like Lindsay and Britney did when they checked into rehab. She was able to go in quietly and hopefully she will get better soon.
