Courtney Love reveals on her MySpace blog, that she’d like to let her fans name their price for online downloads in the future. “The kamikaze pilot in me wants to do the same damn thing,” she said. “I’m grateful for Radiohead for making the first move. I’d do it differently. That’s why B-sides are no longer B-sides, but have to be A-sides, to an extent. I love risk, and most everything I’ve ever done well has been because everyone said I was crazy to do it. That’s why words like ‘risk management’ and ‘time management’ are resonating with me now.”
I’ll be waiting to see if she actually goes through with it!
Courtney’s late husband Kurt Cobain’s memorabilia is up for sale on Craigslist. A seller is claiming to have four original, signed drawings by him that he supposedly made in high school, and he’s selling them for $10,000 each, this according to Harp magazine.
The classified ad reads, “I have four original and signed drawings by Kurt Cobain. Various sizes, mostly Fender guitar-related subject matter. These were done when Kurt was in high school in the 1980s. Quite rare and unusual.” …
