Britney Spears has missed eight out of 14 random drug test requests. Not good, since a missed test is considered a failed test.

K Fed’s attorney said in court Thursday that his client’s ex-wife lives in a “parallel universe. ” She has already been reprimanded three times by Commissioner Scott Gordon for “failing to be reachable by phone.”
He added , “Mr. Federline doesn’t want to take these children out of their mother’s life, but what are we to do?”

Britney’s attorney, Anne Kiley, went on the defensive by labellings the current drug testing procedure “unconstitutional,” saying that just because she fails to deliver the test results due to missed calls, it doesn’t mean she’s using drugs. She did point out that Britney has passed various tests in the past. Ms. Kiley told the court that Britney changes her cell phone number frequently “because her digits fall in the wrong hands.”

Commissioner Gordon stated that “responding to a morning call wasn’t an extreme request,” to which her attorney shot back: “But you’re not a pop star with a No. 1 album to promote.”

Umm, not quite, her new album is #2 on Billboard!

Brit and K-Fed’s attorneys were ordered to reconvene to work out a new plan for testing.
