Here is Nelly with a blonde hairdon’t in Munich for the MTV Europe Video Music Awards on Thursday. Loose sold 7 million copies! Avril Lavigne won Best Solo Artist and Most Addictive Track at the 14th edition of the awards. The MTV Europe Awards debuted in 1994 as the European version of the US Grammy awards.
