Nicole Richie DUI case is now August 16th and Nicole will be required to be in court then. There is no reason why she couldn’t get another expert. I am not quite sure what this witness/expert will say. Just that she is a troubled child with a lot of money and nothing to do with it all except party?? She should head her frail butt over to rehab or something.

Either way we will wait, I betcha she will end up in Jail too!
